Nortel's Business Communications Manager 50 is an all-in-one, affordable platform for converged voice and data communications. This is important, because by using an unauthorized vendor for Installation and/or maintenance your factory warranty could be void. (It is also important that you
purchase your system from an authorized Nortel reseller for the same reason.)
