Nortel's Business Communications Manager 50 is an all-in-one, affordable platform for converged voice and data communications. It is perfect for small to medium sized businesses with 1 to 40 users, yet it is scalable to serve up to 70. The BCM50 provides advanced capabilities such as voice messaging, unified messaging, IP networking, internet access, contact centers with skills-based routing and IP telephony.

This is important, because by using an unauthorized vendor for Installation and/or maintenance your factory warranty could be void. (It is also important that you
purchase your system from an authorized Nortel reseller for the same reason.)
